Trunk and Treat Success

The City of Orinda’s second annual Trunk and Treat event was a spooktacular success, selling out with 225 young participants ages 1–11. The Friends of the Orinda Library added to the fun with a lively “selfie booth,” plenty of candy, and a bean bag toss game where kids could WIN a free book.

Spoiler alert: everyone walked away a winner.

With a wide selection of titles for all ages and interests, every child found a book to spark their imagination. It’s safe to say the event lived up to its name—Trunk and Treat in every sense.
